The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures invites applications for a full-time, one-year position at the level of Instructor starting January 21, 2020.
Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in Spanish. Applicants should be able to teach lower and upper-level courses such as conversation, composition, and some literature classes. The successful candidate will be able to teach Spanish for the professions but not limited to health and agriculture. PhD preferred, but APD and MA accepted.
As the University of Missouri-Columbia is a Carnegie Doctoral/Research Extensive Institution, the candidate should have expertise in approaches to language pedagogy.
