The CLA Convention COVID-19 Policy from the Registration Form

The College Language Association cares about member safety; therefore, we are requiring proof of full vaccination in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to register for the 2023 CLA Convention, please submit a copy of your completed vaccine card showing your completed vaccine regimen of Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson & Johnson. We understand that some members experience medical barriers to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have medical reasons for not receiving the vaccine, please submit a brief explanation, and we'll review that information to determine Convention attendance. Thank you for joining with us to create a safe environment for all CLA members.
